About

The group chat that actually books the trip

Group Trip Planner turns the endless planning thread into one shared plan. Everyone proposes ideas, votes in real time, and the trip assembles itself — no spreadsheet, no "so are we doing this or not?", no single person stuck herding the crew.

What it is

Planning a trip with friends usually dies in the group chat. Three people suggest dates, two suggest places, someone drops a link nobody clicks, and a week later you're no closer than when you started. Group Trip Planner replaces that chaos with a single shared space where the whole crew makes decisions together — and can actually see them happen.

You start a trip, share one invite link, and everyone jumps straight into proposing and voting. Dates, destinations, stays, activities — anything that needs a group decision becomes a quick, visible vote instead of a 200-message argument. As votes come in, the tally updates live for everyone, so the plan stops being a mystery and starts being a decision.

How it works

1

Start & share

Create a trip and drop the one invite link in your group chat. Everyone's in with a tap.

2

Propose & vote

Anyone adds ideas — dates, places, stays. The crew votes, and the tally updates in real time.

3

Decide & go

The winning picks lock into a shared itinerary everyone can see. Decision made, together.

Who it's for

Group Trip Planner is built for the friend group, the family reunion, the bachelorette crew, the annual ski cabin, the "we should really do this" trip that never happens. If more than two people need to agree on where and when, this is for you. There's no app to force on anyone — one shared link is all it takes to bring the whole group in.

Why we built it

Every trip has one person doing all the coordinating, and every group has at least one plan that quietly fell apart in the chat. We wanted the deciding part to feel as fast and social as the chatting part — real-time, lightweight, and fair, so a trip gets decided while everyone's still excited about it. That's the whole product: proposals turn into votes, and votes turn into a trip you're actually taking.
